Since one of us has health issues, we wanted to purchase insurance incase we need to cancel. I know with pre-existing conditions, Carnivals Cruise Vacation Protection, will not cover the cancellation. Would anyone be able to recommend a better provider for the insurance? If I put it on my AMEX card, does that help at all?
