That's a nice overall package for $369.97 (or $359.97 if you use PayPal to pay). It also ships for free to many areas.
Note that it is a small form factor design, so adding in aftermarket components will warrant more consideration (you'd be limited to low-profile video cards for instance). At this price point though, we don't think you're going to find a better mix of price, hardware, and performance. It even has HDMI and VGA out and looks to be ready for a dual-monitor setup. On that note, TigerDirect.ca also has some very good deals on a 23" and 25" monitors, too!
