The Galaxy Tab is a 7" Android tablet with back and front facing cameras, 1024x600 resolution display, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and the ability to connect to the Bell HSPA wireless network all weighing in at less than 1 lb. It actually also supports the GSM wireless standard which Rogers uses but there's no information as to whether the tablet is locked to Bell.

There are definitely cheaper tablets out there but not many competitors with cellular network access and GPS. Rogers also carries this tablet but it's still going for $625 without a contract currently.
