The the Toshiba Satellite T110-006 Intel Pentium SU2700 (1.30GHz) 11.6" 2GB Memory 250GB HDD Netbook is $409.99 with $8.19 shipping. It's been $10 cheaper in the past, but it's almost the end of August and not everyone can play the waiting game.
You get an 1366x768 11.6" display, an Intel ultra low voltage processor that can purportedly push about 7 hours of battery life, HDMI ouput, a pretty roomy hard drive, Windows 7 Home Premium, and wireless N. That's not too shabby for the price if you're looking for an ultraportable. The SU2700 processor should outperform Atom processors by a nice margin as well. This laptop weighs in at less than 3.5lbs as well.
