That's not quite as cheap as it was 2 weeks ago ($2.99), but it's still a good price if If you need a PCMCIA (Cardbus) Wireless G card.
It has 63 user reviews and an average score of 4/5. With that said, you might be gambling a bit on this one, as there are reportedly multiple versions of this card -- some less cooperative than others. The original thread from when this was $3 has more details. At $5 though, it'll still be worth a shot for a lot of you out there.
