At Costco.ca, you can get four $15 iTunes gift cards for $55.99.
At Milestones Grill & Bar, when you purchase a $25 gift card in-store, you'll get a bonus $5 cash card and a free calendar.
At Donato Salon, when you purchase a $100 gift card you'll get a bonus $25 gift card. This is available at the Square One and Yorkdale locations, both of which are in the GTA.
